Ready? - Not hardly!

Five days, but who's counting?  Monday, October 17th, is departure day.  Time is flying by and I am no where ready to head out.  With everything on my "to do" list, I decided to add more - the creation of a blog so I could stay in touch with all of you at school.  While I won't be able to see you each week, I thought I could write to you from the road and from California once we arrived.  I'll do my best to upload some pictures and give you a different view of this great country.
